Submit your referral
Obtain a referral letter from your GP or primary healthcare provider. You can upload it directly on our booking page, or your GP can send it via secure messaging, fax, or email.

You can book online by selecting an available time on our booking calendar. Alternatively, our administration team will contact you after reviewing your referral to schedule an appointment. A text reminder and an email containing a video link will be sent to you one day prior to your scheduled appointment.
